This class starts on 9/8/26 and ends on 5/11/27 led by Teresa Chiu, This weekly class is designed to provide an encouraging community, resources and information for parents of upper elementary children, grades 3-5. We will be discussing topics such as mental and emotional development, puberty, brain science, managing technology such as social media and AI, friendships and peer relationships, family dynamics, managing school work and extracurricular activities, personalities, sexuality, ensuring readiness for middle school, and many more topics that are relevant to today’s world in raising healthy and resilient children.

This class starts on 9/8/26 and ends on 5/11/27 led by Beth Shupper. A weekly class for parents and their children born between 12/1/23 and 12/1/24. Only children within this age range should register. This weekly class is designed to provide belonging, support and education for parents who are raising 5th-12th grade exceptional children, namely those with ADHD, ASD, learning differences, or other Neuro-divergent profiles.
