Maturing Yourself and Your Children: Enjoy your family more by learning the tasks needed to mature, heal, and self-regulate!

This class starts on 9/9/25 and ends on 5/12/26. This monthly class is designed to provide belonging, support and education for parents who are raising 5th-12th grade exceptional children, namely those with ADHD, ASD, learning differences or other Neuro-divergent profiles. Using evidence-based research on the whole-brain and body experience of an exceptional child, this class will cover effective parenting strategies, understanding human development in the Tween and Teen years, building social skills, strengthening executive functioning, understanding the learning cycle, nutrition, including frequent short videos with Educational Therapist Vicki Rekedal and other guest speakers. This class starts on 9/10/25 and ends on 5/13/26. This class provides a rich source of information to give insight into effective grandparenting, as well as offer support for the grandparenting journey.
