This class starts on 9/8/26 and ends on 5/11/27 led by Teresa Chiu, This weekly class is designed to provide an encouraging community, resources and information for parents of upper elementary children, grades 3-5. We will be discussing topics such as mental and emotional development, puberty, brain science, managing technology such as social media and AI, friendships and peer relationships, family dynamics, managing school work and extracurricular activities, personalities, sexuality, ensuring readiness for middle school, and many more topics that are relevant to today’s world in raising healthy and resilient children.

This class starts on 9/8/26 and ends on 5/11/27 led by Beth Shupper. A weekly class for parents and their children born between 12/1/23 and 12/1/24. Only children within this age range should register. For parents, this program offers a meaningful opportunity to observe your child in a group setting while gaining support and insight from a teacher with extensive experience in early childhood development across preschool, childcare, and in-home settings. This weekly class provides a rich source of information to give insight into effective grandparenting, as well as offer support for the grandparenting journey. This weekly class will give fun-filled strategies on KINDER READINESS incorporating play, games, and life skills to foster cognitive and both find and grow motor-skill development. This weekly class will provide a community for parents whose kids are entering the next big step in their college career: Sophomore and Junior years. Having navigated the highs and lows of the first part of college, our children are facing new choices, new responsibilities and new problems to solve. Each week we will meet to share lunch and discuss topics such as navigating a possible mid-college slump, managing advanced academic pressures, making adjustments to original plans, roommates, friendships, dating,  and mental health just to name a few.
