Class led by Dimple Bhasin, a Parent Ed participant and certified yoga teacher who has led classes through the community.

Slow down and reconnect in this calming Mindful Yoga class focused on breath, gentle movement, and body awareness.  You’ll flow through simple poses at an easy pace, with time to stretch, release tension, and quiet your mind.  Each week will build on the last, helping you grow stronger, more flexible, and more confident over time.

We’ll also include a gentle spiritual component through uplifting themes, gratitude, and moments of quiet reflection to help you feel centered and encouraged.  Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and refreshed.

Perfect for all levels.  

Please bring your own mat.
