Art of Marriage is a safe and supportive place designed to help couples deepen their relationships through understanding themselves and their partners and exploring the ingredients to intimacy that every couple desires. Class discussions explore topics such as ingredients of secure connection, communication, conflict management, emotions, beliefs, and our mind/brain. In this session, we will also discuss practical ways to resolve differences in parenting styles. Come and join us on this journey of discovery and building fulfilling relationships no matter what stage of life you are in.
